You will receive your card together with a brochure and registration form, plus you will activate the card and choose a PIN on the spot.

How to register your card

Online

Simply login using your Fuel Plus™ card number and PIN you entered when activating your card at the merchant. Then complete the online form shown.

Completed & post the membership form attached to the brochure.

2. Apply for a Fuel Plus™ card online

You can apply for a membership card online. Simply click on Online Application and complete the application form.

Your membership card and PIN will be sent to you within 10 working days.
($5.00 postage & handling fee applies)

Whichever way you choose to join, please ensure that the information on the registration form is accurate. This will enable us to communicate with you when you win bonus cash credits and shopping spree prizes.
